Why Google Ads works for legal services
People search Google at the moment they need a lawyer. A well-built search campaign puts your firm in front of that intent, by practice area and location, at the moment the decision is being made. The challenge is not getting clicks; it is getting qualified cases at a cost that makes sense.
We have run Google Ads for law firms in the United States, alongside accounts in other professional-services categories in Latin America. The method is the same: clean measurement, high-intent keywords and weekly optimization of cost per qualified lead.
What we set up for a law firm
Practice-area campaign structure
Separate campaigns and ad groups by practice area and location so budget goes where cases come from.
High-intent keywords and negatives
We target searches that signal a need to hire, and exclude research, job and low-value queries.
Call and form tracking
Call tracking, form conversions and enhanced conversions, so you see which campaigns produce real inquiries.
Landing pages built to convert
Pages with one clear action, fast on mobile, with the trust signals prospective clients look for.
Intake quality reporting
Reporting that goes beyond clicks, so you can judge lead quality, not just lead volume.
Ongoing optimization
Weekly review of search terms, bids and ads to lower the cost per qualified inquiry.
A real result from a U.S. account
Screenshots from Google Ads accounts; client names withheld. Results depend on industry, market and offer, and are not a promise of future performance.
Advertising rules matter
Attorney advertising is regulated, and the rules vary by jurisdiction and state bar. We write ads that stay factual and we review the claims in your copy with you before launch. Final compliance sign-off belongs to your firm.
How we work and how we charge
We work with a mixed model: a monthly fee plus a performance-based component, defined for each client after we understand their situation and confirm we can help. For companies at the right revenue level and stage, if the agreed results are not reached we keep working at no charge until they are; that depends on a shared commitment and is agreed in writing. For companies in a critical situation that cannot take on a fee, we work on a percentage of results only.
We work remotely with clients worldwide, in English and Spanish, and in person in Bogotá and across Latin America when it makes sense. If you need on-site work elsewhere, we evaluate it case by case.
Questions law firms ask about Google Ads
How does Google Ads help a law firm get more cases?
It places your firm in front of people actively searching for legal help in your practice area and location. With proper conversion tracking, you can see which keywords and campaigns produce real inquiries and optimize toward cost per qualified lead.
How do you measure lead quality for a law firm?
We track calls, form submissions and WhatsApp or chat inquiries as conversions, and connect them to your intake process so reporting reflects qualified inquiries rather than raw clicks.
How much should a law firm spend on Google Ads?
The right budget depends on your industry and how competitive it is. Results are possible on smaller budgets, but in highly competitive categories you will need to invest more to generate a meaningful result. We size it with you during the audit.
What does the free audit include?
The free audit has two parts. First, a diagnostic of your business: where it stands, what your goals are, what your bottlenecks are and what is holding you back. Second, a review of your Google Ads account: what is being done, where money is leaking and whether the technical setup is sound. At the end we present what we would do in your case.
