Why Google Ads works for higher education
Prospective students research programs, costs and outcomes on Google long before they apply. Search campaigns can capture that demand by program and location, but a low cost per lead means little if those leads never enroll. The work is in structure, lead quality and measurement.
We have run Google Ads for colleges in the United States. Our approach connects ad spend to the stages that matter to your admissions team: inquiry, application and enrollment.
What we set up for a college
Program-level campaigns
A campaign structure organized by program, so budget follows the programs you most need to fill.
High-intent keyword strategy
Terms that signal real interest in enrolling, with negatives to cut research-only and off-topic traffic.
Funnel measurement
Conversion tracking for inquiries and, where your CRM allows, for applications and enrollments.
Landing pages by program
Pages that match each ad, with a single clear next step and mobile-first speed.
Remarketing
Stay visible to prospects who visited program pages but did not apply.
Admissions-ready reporting
Reporting that admissions and marketing teams can read together.
A real result from a U.S. account
Screenshots from Google Ads accounts; client names withheld. Results depend on industry, market and offer, and are not a promise of future performance.
How we work and how we charge
We work with a mixed model: a monthly fee plus a performance-based component, defined for each client after we understand their situation and confirm we can help. For companies at the right revenue level and stage, if the agreed results are not reached we keep working at no charge until they are; that depends on a shared commitment and is agreed in writing. For companies in a critical situation that cannot take on a fee, we work on a percentage of results only.
We work remotely with clients worldwide, in English and Spanish, and in person in Bogotá and across Latin America when it makes sense. If you need on-site work elsewhere, we evaluate it case by case.
Questions colleges ask about Google Ads
How can Google Ads help a college recruit students?
It reaches people searching for programs, degrees and schools, by program and location, and with proper tracking it shows which campaigns produce inquiries and applications.
Can you measure beyond the lead form?
Yes. We set up conversion tracking for inquiries and, where your CRM allows, connect applications and enrollments so optimization targets outcomes rather than form fills.
How much should a college spend on Google Ads?
The right budget depends on your industry and how competitive it is. Results are possible on smaller budgets, but in highly competitive categories you will need to invest more to generate a meaningful result. We size it with you during the audit.
What does the free audit include?
The free audit has two parts. First, a diagnostic of your business: where it stands, what your goals are, what your bottlenecks are and what is holding you back. Second, a review of your Google Ads account: what is being done, where money is leaking and whether the technical setup is sound. At the end we present what we would do in your case.

The more context you share, the more specific your diagnostic will be.
